Changsha plant, with first-class manufacturing technology and equipment for liquid filter cartridges. We have 8 pleated production lines, and 6 welding machines, with a maximum production capacity 10thousand pcs filter cartridges per day.
Guangzhou plant is one of the leading manufacturers in R&D and Production of full-line industrial and commercial air filters. Production capacity 2000-5000pcs/day.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it is 5-7 days with stock. Customized products are about 10-20 days, it depends on order quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or not?
A: Yes, we could offer the samples with stock for free, but clients pay the cost of freight.
Q: Do you support OEM?
A: Yes, we have a related department that especially does service for OEM clients, everything can be customized on a practical basis, including specifications, labels, and packages.
Q: How's the after-sale service?
A: We will take photos & videos to show product details to clients before delivery, related photos and videos will be stored as records on our side. If any questions are raised from clients, we will respond immediately and offer solutions within 24 hours.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: For order amount ≤USD5000: 100% in advance.
For order amount USD5000 -USD10,000: 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
For order amount of >USD10,000: 30% in advance, balance before shipment, or Sight L/C.
